PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
With the innovative thinking at Flares & Stacks, we have started a ground-breaking new chapter in the world of preventative maintenance which we adroitly call the Preventative Maintenance Program.
This program is tailor-made for each client's needs. However there are some standard components within the process:
- Inspect flare on a predetermined schedule
- Perform guy wire maintenance on a predetermined schedule
- Present the client with a comprehensive report on the status of the flare
- Plan for future turnarounds
The Failure Preparedness Program is included with the Preventive Maintenance plan.
FAILURE PREPAREDNESS PROGRAM
Flares & Stacks Failure Preparedness Program is a concept unique within our industry. This program, coupled with the Preventive Maintenance plan offers the client the opportunity to prepare for all unscheduled events. The process is simple and effective:
- Complete a full inspection of the client's equipment.
- Maintain an inventory with all the "threatening" parts found during this inspection.
- When a part or component fails, we are ready to repair or replace each part.
The result is reduced 'down' time, which will also result in money saving for the client.
